This special combined mouthpiece and ligature set was designed for the very first beginners (usually young children) can access playing the clarinet without having to first manage getting the reed secured with a traditional ligature. The current design will only fit Rico reeds. It is a one-piece accessory, the ligature is permanently fixed to the mouthpiece. Both are made from plastic to ensure easy care and hygiene.
